Terms of Service
Process:
I will only be sending sketch and flat color WIP at any given moment before completion of commission. These will be your only chances to request changes. Any additional changes after this period will result in extra charges depending on how drastic said changes are.Finalized Commissions will be sent directly to client via Email.
As a client
You may not use the artwork to profit or associate the artwork with nft/ai.client is free to use said artwork for personal use such as, wallpaper, profile photo, poster, clothing (non commercial) etc.If you are curious about the process or turnaround I will explain the situation but I will not tolerate excessive requests.If the client displays poor behavior towards artist, this will result in a blacklist and cancellation of commission.
As an Artist
I, the artist have the rights to artwork and post the commissioned work publicly.I have every right to reject a commission that I don't feel comfortable working on.I Have the right to work on personal projects in between commissions.I have the right to cancel a commission mid-process.
Important Notes
I require clear reference sheets for all commissions, and I will reject any request that does not provide a clear reference.All commissions are for non-commercial use.All of my art is copyrighted and will have a watermark on it.
